**Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist in the achievement of the program’s sales goals through execution of company standards, policies and procedures while exceeding customers’ expectations through superior service at every opportunity.
- Handle opening and closing procedures according to company policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of the business.
- Operate cash register/till and point of sales equipment for processing transactions.

**To be successful, you’ll need to possess**:

- Ability to strive in an environment that is customer service driven with a focus on developing customer awareness of the We-Cycle program.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, some evenings and weekends.
- Confidence and ability to converse with clients over the phone and in person.
- Ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficient and courteous service.
- Able to evaluate requests/concerns from customers and ensure follow-up and execution.
- Ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs.

Must be fluent in English (Oral and Written).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
