Position: Kitchen Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)
We are seeking dedicated kitchen staff to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a love for food, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit group, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items to Pie Guys’ high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing dough, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in every dish.
- Adapt to a variety of kitchen tasks as necessary, including dishwashing and stocking supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Uphold Pie Guys’ standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset but not mandatory; training can be provided.
