We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning contractors (team of 2) to join our team for residential cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining top-notch cleaning services for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality cleaning services and enjoy helping clients maintain clean and comfortable living spaces, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Perform skilled cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and more for residential properties.
  • Utilize hand tools and, when necessary, power tools to complete cleaning tasks.
  • Manage time effectively to complete all tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cleaning tasks.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when necessary during the cleaning process.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning practices and high standards.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of residential cleaning experience is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Must be able to provide cleaning products and supplies.
  • Must be able to provide a criminal background check.
  • Must have contractor insurance or be willing to purchase insurance.
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access to use our cleaner App for job details.
