As a Seafood Sales Rep, you will be responsible for handling various types of seafood, ensuring quality and freshness for our customers. Your primary duties will include learning and using terminology related to seafood, gutting, cleaning, and scaling seafood, as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our seafood preparation area. You will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy work environment, including washing floors and ensuring equipment is properly sanitized.

**Responsibilities**:
Learn and use seafood terminology effectively.

Gut, clean, and scale a variety of seafood according to established guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the seafood preparation area.

Wash floors and sanitize equipment regularly.

Ensure all seafood products meet quality and freshness standards.

Assist customers with seafood selection and provide information on preparation methods.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the seafood department.

Adapt to and work comfortably in a cold environment for extended periods.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
