We work closely with builders, developers, and contractors to deliver detailed, final-phase cleanups that meet the highest industry standards. We are seeking a versatile and driven **Post-Construction Cleaning Sales & Supervisor** to oversee project execution while also generating new business.

**Job Overview**:
This hybrid role combines **sales** responsibilities (securing post-construction cleaning contracts) with **on-site supervision** of project teams. You’ll be involved from the initial walkthrough and quote all the way through job completion, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Duties**:

- Network with builders, developers, and contractors to identify project opportunities.
- Attend site visits to scope work and create customized cleaning proposals.
- Prepare and present estimates, negotiate pricing, and secure contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.

**Supervisor Duties**:

- Coordinate cleaning crews and ensure timely job start and completion.
- Supervise on-site staff, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
- Communicate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure expectations are met.
- Monitor supply usage and equipment needs for each job.
- Address issues or changes in scope quickly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years in post-construction cleaning, janitorial services, or construction site supervision.
- Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles (quoting/estimating experience required).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working on active construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Flexible availability to respond to evolving site schedules.
