Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of _Oldcastle APG_ and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec.
We are currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative **to fill a position at our **Cambridge **facility.
Reporting to the Coordinator, the **Customer Service Representative** will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring, among other things, the accuracy of invoices and delivery of products on time.
**Your responsibilities will be**
- Process customer orders
- Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion
- Inventory management
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices and the on-time delivery of orders
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Support the Sales team as required
**Qualifications required**
- Three years of experience in customer service or transport logistics
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer knowledge and skills
- Sense of teamwork and initiative
- Ability to multitask and manage stress well
- Strong attention to detail
- French speaking is an asset but not a requirement
