- The Strategic Process Support Coordinator, is a great entry level role within our Business Planning area. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining product information, including pricing in various systems and maintaining, creating, analyzing various reports.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain dealer extranet support and account information
- Maintain system product information
- Reconcile results of pricing programs
- Assist in collaborating with sales and product control teams for inventory allocations
- Coordinate order releases and special orders for the assigned sales channel
- Prepare and monitor dealer notification of price changes
- Audit and process price protection and competitive price claims
- Maintain strategic reports for management team - distribute sales reports as required
- Recommend solutions for dealer post audit and charge-back claims
- Audit and process dealer promotional claims

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- High School Diploma is required
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Strong time management skills to enter and release orders on time and prioritize various processes
- Excellent analytical skills find data discrepancies and assess rationale
- Project and process management skills to participate in projects and ensure timelines are met
- Experience with Excel - a focus on pivot tables, vlookups, and if-statements
- French is considered an asset
