We are looking for a reliable and proactive **Day Porter** to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our top-rated building. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, light maintenance, and ensuring common areas are safe, tidy, and welcoming throughout the day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning of common areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, etc.)
- Trash collection and removal
- Spot cleaning spills and messes promptly
- Restocking supplies
- Light maintenance or reporting issues as needed
- Responding to tenant or staff requests courteously

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking someone who takes **initiative**, is **self-motivated**, and takes pride in their work. You’ll play an important role in keeping our building one of the best-rated in the area, so attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in janitorial, caretaking, or building maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods

Pay: $16.55-$18.45 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
