Do you enjoy providing high quality customer service? Are you a detail oriented, patient and focused driver?

**In this role, you will have the ability to service your own route and customer base. You will visit multiple repeat customers per day - ranging from small family-owned businesses to large corporate locations providing clean mats and other products in and around Brandon, MB.**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Fostering and building strong relationships with your current customer base
- Developing opportunities for growth by increasing product awareness with new and existing customers
- Daily distribution and exchange of product to customers on a dedicated route in an efficient manner
- Resolving customer issues within established guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Acting as a liaison to District Manager and Customer Service regarding product issues/service/client concerns
- Identifying prospective customers within your delivery area
- Compliance with Quintex company policies and guidelines

**The successful individual will possess the following characteristics**:

- Entrepreneurial minded, ready to engage with customers daily and set goals for growth of the route
- Previous sales / customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
- Familiarity with a smart phone or tablet
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to handle physically demanding work
- Punctual and dependable
- Orderly with great attention to detail and accuracy
- 1-2 years experience driving a commercial vehicle (Cube van with a 16 foot box)
- Will be required to provide proof of a valid class 5 driver’s license and clean drivers abstract upon hire

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$45,500.00 per year
