About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on team member who can work in a dual role: Carpet Cleaning Technician during peak months and Route Service Representative (RSR)/Delivery Driver during slower carpet cleaning periods. This hybrid position gives you steady, year‑round hours while learning key parts of our business. All training provided.

What You’ll Do

- Perform residential, commercial, and hotel carpet cleaning services

- Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment

- Communicate with customers on arrival, confirm job details, and ensure satisfaction

- Spot‑treat stains, deodorize, and complete specialty cleaning as needed

- Keep equipment, vehicle, and tools clean and organized

- Provide job notes and updates to our Route Services Manager (who handles bookings and quotes)

Route Service Representative / Delivery Responsibilities

- Deliver sanitation supplies, mats, mops, uniforms, and rental items to customer locations

- Follow scheduled delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate drop‑offs

- Load and unload vans safely

- Communicate any customer needs, notes, or service issues to the office

- Represent Progressive Westman professionally at all customer sites

- Assist in warehouse tasks when required (sorting, staging, light organizing)

What You Bring

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn both sides of the role

- Ability to lift and move equipment and products (up to 50 lbs)

- Comfortable working independently at job sites

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license

- Previous labour, cleaning, warehouse, or delivery experience is an asset – but not required
