- As our Sales/Design consultant, you will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their garage improvement needs and discuss options, while providing quality customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience/residential in-home sales experience
- Prior experience in the home improvement/construction industry
- Basic knowledge of residential construction practices, techniques and methods.
- Experience or knowledge of basic design and or drafting software (or willing to learn).
- Proficiency with computer/tablet and related programs - Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities include:

- Provide in-home estimates and site measurements
- Provide showroom consultations as required
- Create designs, make product and service recommendations and complete project orders.
- Work with client, pre and post installation to ensure exceptional customer experience resulting in raving fans and referrals.
- Ensure accuracy of quotes, orders and project details.
- Pursue business development opportunities to grow the business.
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the business and cultivate new clients.
- Assist with showroom coverage when required.

Additional Qualifications:

- Sales Consultants must have a valid driver's license
- A reliable vehicle appropriate to meet customers at their home or business
- Proof of auto insurance and a safe driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
