**Job Summary**

As a sales associate, you will play a role in retail of bathroom vanities. Your role will be to help customers find the right product, answer questions, share knowledge of our products and ensure a positive shopping experience.
As a Design Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming clients' visions into reality of designing a custom bathroom vanity and/or kitchen cabinets. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on design options and solutions. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential in guiding clients through the processes, ensuring their projects are executed seamlessly from concept to completion.

**Duties**
- Collaborate with clients to assess their design needs and preferences.
- Utilize software such as Sketchup to create detailed design plans.
- Provide expert recommendations on materials, layouts, and finishes for renovation projects.
- Assist clients in navigating the purchasing process, including upselling products that enhance their design vision.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all aspects of the design are executed within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers and contractors to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Handle cashiering duties as necessary during client transactions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup is strongly recommnded.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and contractors.
- Experience in upselling products that align with client needs.
- Ability to market design solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing.
- A creative mindset coupled with strong attention to detail is crucial for successful project execution.
- Previous experience in renovation or building projects is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
