**Job Title: Car Spa Supervisor - Jack’s Car Spa**
- Location:_ Bedford, NS
- Job Type:_ Full-time, Permanent
- Wage:_ $17.00-$18.00/hour (based on experience)

**What You’ll Do**:
As Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person on shift—leading a team, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring every car leaves looking its best. You’ll:

- Supervise daily operations and team activities
- Deliver top-notch customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Manage opening/closing procedures and site cleanliness
- Support team training, coaching, and performance
- Ensure inventory and safety protocols are followed
- Keep things moving in our car spa and dog wash bay

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous supervisory or team lead experience (preferred)
- Strong communicator and natural leader
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Passion for cleanliness, safety, and great service
- Valid driver’s license (an asset)

**Schedule**:
You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $17.00-$18.06 per hour
