**Venn Cannabis Inc.** is a Licensed Producer under the Cannabis Act.

Our 44,000 sq. ft. facility is engineered to meet strict quality standards and equipped with the latest environmental control technology.

Reporting to the Master Grower and Assistant Grower, the **Production Associate **will be responsible for assisting with all production related tasks and any other tasks as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team with any and all tasks to ensure the success of the department
- Maintenance of plants from seed to harvest, plant destruction, and other general production/sanitation tasks
- Help maintain high levels of cleanliness in all aspects of the workplace
- Maintaining equipment and tools necessary for production tasks
- Maintaining production records to Cannabis Act Good Production Practice (GPP) standards
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education**:

- High School diploma required and some post-secondary preferred or equivalent related work experience within manufacturing industries.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and communication skills.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Able to work in a team environment, but work independently when required
- Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs repeatedly, and capable of standing the majority of the day
- Adequate (English) verbal and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of production environment experience
- Cannabis experience not required but considered an asset.
- Must be able to successfully complete security background/reference checks

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
