We are looking for a **Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Specialist**.

This role emphasizes building and maintaining excellent customer relations to promote our brand and products.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.

Key responsibilities:
**Develop Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth understanding of our product line to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

**Order Entry Management**: Enter customer orders accurately into our order entry system, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.

**Client Expectations Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their expectations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues throughout the sales process.

**Social Media Marketing**: Create and implement engaging marketing campaigns across various social media platforms to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
