In this position, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with consumers and promoting financial products on behalf of one of Canada's most recognizable brands. You'll have the chance to earn a competitive base wage combined with commission, empowering you to take control of your earnings based on your performance. Compensation Base pay $17.75/h + commission Role Responsibilities Educate customers about the features and benefits of credit cards available in-store and at kiosks Engage customers and drive sales, enhancing brand awareness for our client’s products Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a positive experience Utilize innovative approaches to connect with customers and highlight product benefits Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store staff Protect customer confidentiality by maintaining a high level of discretion Keys to success: Outgoing, personable, and enjoys engaging with customers Experience in customer service or sales is an asset Ability to convey key messages effectively Strong communication and listening skills Capable of working independently as well as part of a team Willingness to complete a criminal background check Why join us?
