CEDA is currently seeking Hydrovac Operators at our Bonnyville, AB location

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain a Hydrovac and various specialty tools
- Work alongside Labourers - 90% of your day is outside of the truck, boots on the ground
- Work with clients to provide quality service based on specific job needs
- Complete minor maintenance and checks on equipment
- Ensure safety for all team members and property
- Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision
- Haul hoses, PPE and tools to where the work is being done
- Complete required paperwork for projects and jobs

Role Specifications:

- 2+ years’ experience operating a Hydrovac required
- Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s licence and experience operating a manual transmission
- Willingness to work additional overtime shifts outside of regular schedule
- Current 3 year driver's abstract required with no more than 4 demerits in the last 3 years
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, booked by CEDA
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation), First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance level II, certification required

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment
- Perform physically demanding work (able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis)
- Enjoy working outdoors in harsh weather conditions
