**Member Engagement Specialist**:

- **Position reports to the GM**_

**Memberships**:

- Prepares & implements New Member Attraction campaigns.
- Member Retention: Develops & administers Member Retention planning initiatives including but not limited to; member-member benefits and advertising opportunities.
- Committee engagement (reaching out to members to onboard them into the committees).
- Create and deliver renewal packages.
- Expand the membership base by onboarding new members.
- Prepare prospective member packages.
- Maintain membership database by updating membership information as needed (communication methods, website details, etc.)
- E-mail campaigns

**Sponsorship & Partnerships**:

- Manage and leverage existing relationships with the Chamber’s sponsors and partners
- Foster new relationships for additional revenue opportunities through partnerships and sponsorships.

**Programs**
- Manage current Chamber programs (Panda Pay, International Business Documentation, Future Focus Inc., etc.)
- Create new partnership opportunities to further expand our member benefits.

**General Correspondence**
- Inquiries on information pertaining to the city or Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce
- Prepare event surveys and manage the data for new program creation and board update.
- Prepare letters for various monthly responsibilities (lapsed membership, renewal thank you, monthly renewal letters etc.)
- Attend all board meetings (groups)
- Shares updates with social media manager

**Events**:

- Attend events as the sponsorship and partnership representative.
- Primary responsibility is to network with the attendees and foster stronger relationships.
- Assist with set-up and tear-down as needed.

**Communications**:

- Provides support for all Board and any other Chamber communications with the

public, as well as any to members.
- Provide marketing partner with the following:

- New Members
- Membership updates (anniversaries, member programs, etc.)
- Maintains positive relationships within the Chamber, its members, Chamber affiliates, and various levels of government, media, business community and the broader community in the Stratford & District economic region.

**Compensation**:
Base salary with incentive-based commission plan.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
