Are you an organized and customer-focused individual with experience in the automotive industry? We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Administration Assistant to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers with professionalism and positive attitude

Payment Handling: Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.

Accounts Management: Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Daily Accounting: Manage daily accounting duties and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Conduct daily banking tasks, including deposits and account reconciliation

Safety Committee support, participate and assist with the safety committee activities to maintain a safe workplace

Processing expense reports

Receiving and logging new inventory

Ordering supplies

Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic accounting and financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per year
