**Job Description**:

Then this position is for you As an HR Marketing and Internal Communications Specialist, you will promote ISAAC's employer brand to support the hiring plan's execution and to ensure the retention of ISAACians. You will implement initiatives to build awareness of the company as a technology employer and share the ISAAC story—who we are, our values, our vision—in the best way possible You will collaborate with the Culture and Development team to ensure consistency between ISAAC's employer brand and corporate brand.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute initiatives to develop the ability to attract and retain talent
- Develop and implement communication strategies that reflect the company's culture of human experience and inclusion
- Support the development and execution of internal events to promote information sharing and bring ISAAC's culture to life
- Populate the website's career section with engaging content
- Write and edit promotional materials (job descriptions, newsletters, presentations, brochures, advertisements, etc.)
- Develop a social media content plan, establish the distribution strategy and ensure its execution
- Promote job openings and maintain the company profile on various platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn)
- Coordinate the production of videos and photos for talent attraction
- Coordinate participation in job fairs and related events
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for success and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
- Gather data on trends related to employer branding.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree in an appropriate discipline (communication, marketing, human resources, etc.)
- Excellent communication and writing skills ( French and English )
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in employer brand management (asset)
- Very good command of the Microsoft Office suite
- Mastery of the main social media and digital communication tools.
