Situé à Pointe-Claire, _le/la Gestionnaire d'Entrepôt_ est responsable de la gestion du personnel de l'entrepôt et relève directement du _Directeur Général de l'Entrepôt_. Le quart de travail est du Lundi au Vendredi, de 10h00 à 18h00.

**Description du Poste**:

- Responsable des activités quotidiennes de l’entrepôt, notamment l’expédition, la réception, la maintenance, l’inventaire et la planification des horaires du personnel.
- Rédiger des rapports précis sur la productivité de l’entrepôt pour la direction.
- Coordonner la formation des nouveaux employés et s’assurer que les employés actuels bénéficient d’une formation continue.
- Veiller à la conformité de l’entrepôt avec toutes les réglementations de sécurité de l’entreprise, ainsi qu’avec les lois locales et fédérales régissant la sécurité au travail.
- Responsable des réunions mensuelles de santé et de sécurité avec le personnel.
- Participer aux évaluations de performance ; recommander des récompenses/mesures disciplinaires, et traiter les plaintes des employés.
- S’assurer du respect de toutes les politiques de l’entreprise.
- Formuler des recommandations d’amélioration des procédures et des politiques. Informer le responsable de l’état physique de l’entrepôt et des équipements. Créer un rapport mensuel des réparations nécessaires aux équipements.
- Effectuer des tests sur route pour les caristes.
- Enquêter sur les accidents et les incidents afin de garantir la conformité de tous les rapports.
- Participer aux réunions mensuelles du comité de santé et de sécurité.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches requises.

**Exigences du Poste**:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales en gestion, chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique ou domaine connexe, un atout.
- Minimum de 2 à 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Compréhension générale du secteur de la logistique.
- Bilingue anglais-français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (notamment Excel).
- Capacité à hiérarchiser la charge de travail habituelle, les tâches spéciales et les projets simultanés, en répartissant le temps et les ressources de manière appropriée.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership.
- Permis de cariste, un atout.
- Horaires de travail flexibles, disponibilité pour effectuer des heures supplémentaires occasionnellement.

**Intramodal Warehouses** is looking for a dynamic individual to join the organization. Located in Pointe-Claire, the _Warehouse Floor Manager_ is responsible for the management of the floor staff, and reports directly to the _Warehouse General Manager_**.**_The shift is Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Responsible for daily activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory, and employee scheduling.
- Complete accurate warehouse productivity reports for upper management.
- Coordinate training of new employees and ensure that current employees are receiving ongoing training.
- Ensure warehouse compliance with all company safety regulations as well as local and federal laws that govern workplace safety.
- Responsible for monthly health and safety meetings with staff.
- Assisting with performance appraisals; recommending rewards/disciplinary actions, addressing employee complaints.
- Assure all company policies are being followed.
- Make recommendations for improvements to procedures and policies. Informing the Manager of the physical condition of warehouse and equipment. Creating a monthly report for repairs needed to equipment.
- Conduct road tests for Forklift Operators.
- Investigation of accidents and incidents to ensure all reporting is completed.
- Participate in monthly _Health and Safety Committee_ meetings.
- All other duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- College Diploma in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or Related Field an asset.
- Minimum 2-3 experience in similar role.
- General understanding of logistics business.
- Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- Ability to prioritize regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources appropriately.
- Great leadership skills.
- Forklift Operators license an asset.
- Flexible Working hours, willingness to occasionally work overtime.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
