**Position: Vice President-Operations**

DN Group Enterprise Inc. is looking for a full-time Vice President-Operations.

**Duties**:
This job includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization;
- Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs;
- Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance;
- Overseeing client support services;
- Managing procurement and resource allocation;
- Setting strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity;
- Working with sales and marketing teams in the development of financial and budgetary plans
- Analyzing current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

**Qualifications required**:

- Three or more years of commensurate leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration
- Applicable analytical and organizational management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations

**Classification**: Full-time，40 hours per week

**Salary and benefits**:$135,000 annually

10 paid vacation days
