Full Job Description

Looking for mixologists and bartenders who have extensive knowledge behind the bar and would be able to create balanced flavorful Asian inspired cocktails for this speakeasy Bar behind Dzo Viet eatery.

Who We Are:
We are a new Vietnamese speakeasy bar with a modern take on traditional plates. Our vision is to share Vietnamese street cuisine and culture, giving new flavors and colors to traditional plates. We would like to look for customer experienced servers who loves to communicate with customers and help present, teach and educate Vietnamese food to our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
- Serving food
- Serving alcohol
- Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Answering phone calls
- Placing to-go orders
- Preparing bill and processing payment
- Assisting kitchen, such as plating and garnishing menu items
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
- Prep or side work

Qualification:

- Eligible to work for more than 1 year;
- Commitment to excellent service;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Smart Serve certified for Front of House;
- Must have prior experience working in a restaurant;
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week
