**Responsibilities**:

- Create innovative, handcrafted cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and unique techniques.
- Develop and update an enticing menu of signature cocktails, seasonal specials, and classic favorites.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and recommend personalized cocktail experiences.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and other bar ingredients, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and mixology techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the bar team to maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your mixology skills and deepen your knowledge of our offerings.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in a high-end cocktail bar or similar upscale establishment.
- Demonstrated expertise in mixology, including a solid understanding of flavor combinations, techniques, and presentation.
- Extensive knowledge of premium spirits, craft beers, wines, and other bar ingredients.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- A passion for creativity and a willingness to experiment with unique flavor profiles.
- Familiarity with local and international cocktail trends, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
