**JOB SUMMARY**

Facilitate the deployment of NOS throughout the Facility assuring the compliance of the NOS requirements in all the operations using NOS methodology in all its processes. Assure the compliance as well on a local and corporate level of all legal aspects prescribed in the Quality and Environmental official certifications.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitates the development of Standard Worksheets as per NOS maintaining the processes updated and ensuring their review on a yearly basis.
- Manages the monitoring of the NOS Ideas of all the facility
- Acts as a facilitator of the Continuous Improvement groups that might be created as well as with employees and the operation supervisors to achieve Continuous Improvement. Actively participate in 6 Sigma and Rapid Improvement Workshops projects related to NOS ensuring Green Belts participation,
- Prepares and leads periodical reviews, external audits for NOS, ISO Quality and Environmental certifications assisting the Logistics Site Manager.
- Leads the group of internal auditors (Quality and Environmental ISO certifications) including training
- Prepares actions oriented to educate the staff on NOS, Quality and Environmental issues (monthly campaigns, meeting with groups, presentation in general meetings).
- Provides NOS and 6 Sigma Yellow Belt training
- Monitors the NOS, Quality and Environmental monthly indicators for the facility (metrics, NOS assessments, COR, Value Stream Maps for the facility, 5S)
- Will support day to day operations if/as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent level of work experience with minimum of 2 years. Operational experience is ideal
- Good Communication skills as the role will enable to deploy NOS, Quality and Environmental thru the facility
- Good language skills in English
- Technical Knowledge and certification in Quality Control Systems ISO
- Planning and organizing as the timeline is limited and goals are checked on a regularly basis
- Green Belt training ideally
- Teamwork and cooperation is a must
