- Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours/week - daytime schedule, Monday to Friday)
- Face-to-face position at our Boucherville office. The hybrid mode is currently being deployed.

- Make follow-up calls.
- Enter orders into the ERP system.
- Process returns, invoicing and certain types of credit.

**When your expertise drives us.**:

- Three (3) years' experience in a similar position
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent command of French (oral and written) and an intermediate level of English (you will be communicating with customers across Canada)
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Experience with an ERP system, an asset
