**Summary**:

We are a proud partner of Suncor/Petro-Canada, and we are a leader in the distribution of energy at the residential and commercial levels. In particular, we distribute Petro-Canada products (fuels and lubricants) in Western Quebec and Eastern Ontario (Ottawa-Outaouais, Cornwall, Pembroke). We are currently seeking an operations Supervisor for our Ottawa / Gatineau division and its regions, who can contribute to the success and development of the organization. The Supervisor will report directly to the Senior Operations Director and work closely with tanker truck drivers, terminal operators, shipping planners, and safety officers to ensure deliveries are made on time, safely, and in compliance with regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise tanker truck drivers and terminal operators to ensure deliveries are made on time and safely.
- Coordinate transportation activities with shipping planners to ensure deliveries are efficiently scheduled.
- Ensure compliance with transportation’s regulations, including safety and environmental regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and meet their delivery needs.
- Analyze operating costs and work with management to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage relationships with service providers, such as lubricants suppliers, to ensure services are provided on time and in compliance with contractual agreements.
- Provide reports and data to management on operational performance and propose improvements to optimize operations efficiency.
- Supervise the implementation and adherence to safety procedures to minimize risks to employees, equipment, and the environment.

**Profile**:

- Diploma of Collegial Studies in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Bilingual ( Frensh
- English)
- Professional experience in the transportation industry, including operations supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to petroleum transportation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use computer tools, such as shipping planning software and vehicle tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
