Qualifications:
Some experience at Japanese restaurants is an asset

Knowledge and interest in Japanese food

Cooking experience preferred

Willing to learn how to make our traditional Japanese way of sushi. (We will teach you from scratch. The best opportunity to learn how to make sushi from a Japanese Chef.)

Must be able to be willing to create new menus and specials, share new ideas

Multitask and organized

Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers in English or Japanese

Will teach you every single dish of our Japanese Food by Japanese chef. (Authentic)

Will teach you how to make rolls by Japanese Chef.(Authentic)
