About you
You embody a proven sense of organization, have a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn from Talent Acquisition experts. You are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative Talent Acquisition team that will support your career goals.
In this role, you will-
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to ensure seamless operations of our Valuation and Brokerage business lines from a Talent Acquisition perspective.- Participate in special projects relating to Talent Acquisition and its processes.- Establish robust and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll bring- 1+ years’ experience in an administration role, preferably within a HR / recruitment related environment.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize requests.- Strong attention to detail.- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.- Team oriented and experience building effective relationships.

- Approximate Salary Range for Role: $54,563 to $75,000_
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training._
