**Join Our Team as an Academic Tutor - VICI Learning**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Assess student needs and create tailored lesson plans
- Teach creatively to explain complex concepts
- Build motivation and confidence in students
- Track progress with post-session and occasional progress reports
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Sound knowledge of the BC Curriculum
- Post-secondary studies (or completed) in Science, Engineering, or English (BC)
- Strong knowledge in Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and English (reading, writing, analysis) for secondary students
- 3+ years of tutoring experience (formal/informal)
- Great communication skills, empathy, and adaptability
- Ability to travel for at-home sessions (Class 5 license an asset)
- Willing to provide a Criminal Record Check
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
