**Your role, your impact**:
The Quebec Operations Support Team is looking for an Advisor, Talent Assignment to join its team. You’ll assign our available advisors to mandates that match their skills, ensuring a rewarding and stimulating career at Alithya.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Manage the assignment of our advisors based on their current and future availability;
- Actively support the assignment process and prioritize recruitment requests to meet our clients' needs;
- Work closely with the client partnerships team and the management team to plan the assignment of advisors based on business priorities;
- Propose solutions and areas for improvement to increase the effectiveness of the talent planning program;
- Assess short
- and medium-term capacity and plan accordingly;
- Ensure the quality of resumes to be submitted by verifying their compliance and relevance;
- Identify, monitor, and use performance indicators to measure and continuously improve results.

**Keys to your success**:

- 3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment;
- Excellent knowledge of various information technology profiles;
- Ability to plan and persuade;
- Client and results-oriented;
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
