POSITION OVERVIEW
We are actively working on transforming our Talent Acquisition service offering model. By joining our team, you will become a key player in your field of expertise. You will use your headhunting skills and you will participate in major projects.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
As talent sourcing advisor:- You actively monitor best practices in talent attraction and sourcing.- You develop strategies to reach top talents, identify passive talents and use a network of contacts to achieve current and future recruitment goals.-
- You are involved in special projects to promote a proactive practice in Talent Acquisition and to exploit data to support this practice.-
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- 3 years of experience in talent sourcing.- Experience in headhunting for executive levels and/or complex roles.- Perfect mastery of the various LinkedIn Recruiter modules and Boolean search.- Perfect mastery of the Office 365 suite tools.- Excellent interpersonal communication, creativity and solution-seeking skills.- Strong writing skills, in both official languages (French/English).- Customer-oriented attitude and mental agility.- Strong ability to organize and prioritize work.- Adaptability and positivism will be the keys to your success.- Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
ASSETS- Experience in recruitment in the financial field and in several Canadian provinces.- Experience with ATS (including Workday).
