Marketing Coordinator

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinates Fibre construction branding Initiatives to ensure Xplore brand Is represented at Fibre build sites Supports Senior Marketing Manager in execution of all channel communications around new and changing company Initiatives/offers (vets’ material, coordinates translations, formats and deploys via Marketing Cloud
- Coordinating trade shows, delivering collateral and swag, managing venue requirements, assisting with managing media and trade show logistics, including working with vendors, managing bookings and providing sales support materials.
- Tracks, audits and fulfills back pocket offers for dealers, Inside Sales, Field Sales, RMMs and DSMs.
- Assists with Sales incentives and contests for dealer, field, IS sales channels - tracks/fulfills/post mortem etc...
- Maintains a cross-channel calendar of marketing and training activities to ensure alignment and prevent duplication.
- Manages internal resource centre to ensure all materials are stored in the right place and are up to date (worksheets, offer decks, plans, collateral, positioning guides, sales tools, bonus programs and tracking of bonus programs etc...)
- Plans, purchases and manages all Xplore swag (gathers requirements, gets quotes, makes recommendations, seeks approval, orders, vets’ approvals, distributes)
- Manages Xplore Employee E-Store. Adds new material, ensures orders are being fulfilled
- Audits and processes all dealer MDF (Marketing Development Funds). Acting as the point of contact for District Sales Managers and Dealers for MDF processing inquiries.
- Supporting our field sales team by coordinating claims, expenses, permits and event attendance and coordinates/supports staff for each sales/field marketing program.
- Tracks and fulfills prizing for customer research programs
- Fulfills purchasing requirements for dealer/field sales gift with purchase programs; Tracks recipients; audits; delivers to customers.
- Supports manager of digital marketing by maintaining photo submissions, getting release forms and awarding prizing.
- Supports Snr Manager Employee Comms on prizes (ordering/fulfilling)
- At least 2 years' experience managing projects and events
- 2+ years’ experience working on a sales and marketing team.
- Proven track record of being able to organize people and programs with deadlines.
- A high level of proficiency in all MS Office suite products and the ability to work with raw data.
- Strong ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Any experience doing field marketing/field sales/planning or participating in marketing events that are designed to drive leads is a strong asset
- Experience buying media or media production is an asset
