**Store Manager **is responsible for the overall store sales results and daily management of the Sales Team and business operations in general.

**Specific Skills**:
Flooring Sales, Project Management and General Manager experience.

Positive attitude with a friendly and welcoming energy

Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on time and with accuracy

Strong organizational and computer skills

Experience working with Outlook, Excel, and Pacific Solutions OMS System

**Responsibilities**:
Manage daily store operational duties such as managing Sales Team (staff schedule, Sales Goals and Team meetings)

Reporting and providing project status updates to the Company Owner

Motivate others through a positive attitude

Experience in retail sales and supervision is absolutely required

Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Servicing existing House Accounts and retail sales customers

Project estimating, quoting and project management

Monitor sales performance of individual sales team members

Coordinating and managing installation teams

Performing site visits to ensure quality of workmanship

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 5 years (required)
- Flooring/Construction: 5 years (required)

- Sales: 5 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
