:
The Store Manager is responsible for managing the operations, staffing and sales/profit goals in a single assigned retail store. This position ensures total compliance with all store operations policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selling merchandise to customers by following GNC’s prescribed selling methods
Manages the store’s inventory within GNC guidelines.
Adheres to GNC's quality control program for stock rotation, infestation control, outside inspections
Adheres and implements visual merchandising best practices in line with GNC guidelines
Manages work schedules within established budgets for optimal store coverage
Communicates sales targets and drives team performance
Completes succession planning of high performers
Reads all merchandising bulletins in order to understand product assortment and answer product questions based on Company approved information
Completes all daily register, store open/close functions and bank deposits according to GNC policies and procedures
Monitors Stores Loss Prevention activities and escalates concerns to District Manager
Monitors sales targets and ensures store sales performance meets or exceeds expectations
Facilitates community engagement and client loyalty through innovative
Drives GNC’s incentives and ensures team is set up for successful engagement of customers
Ensures company assets are protected and not exposed to risks and conflicts of interest
Facilitates an exceptional customer service experience through all channels of interaction
Meets or exceeds all corporate set goals, expectations and key performance indicators
Responsible for supervising a team of employees
