**What we’re looking for**:
**Duties include (but not limited to)**:

- Retrieve and process EDI and non-EDI customers orders in the system and troubleshoot issues (critical and non-critical) in timely manner.
- Verify Purchase Orders (qty, prices, UPC's, dates, label codes, DIM/PPK etc.)
- Work with the following EDI transaction sets (753,754,810,824,850,855,856,860,943,945) as well as Vendor Portals
- Constant communication with Sales Reps for EDI transmission discrepancies (prices, qty, delivery dates, style, NRF/UPC codes etc.)
- Communicate with Credit Dept. to release EDI on hold Orders and Traffic Department.
- Create and maintain all customer ship to addresses.
- Order modification and allocate orders to ensure proper distribution of merchandise/ generate pick tickets.
- Liaise with US and Canadian Warehouses to ensure shipping complies with EDI orders
- Liaise with account managers to ensure orders and delivery issues resolved
- Run various reports to review (i.e outstanding orders, Pick Release Reports, On Hand inventory, allocation, sales reports, etc) in order to manage availability, cancellation, allocation, sales reports, etc) on regular basis.
- Verify/recommend inventory adjustments based on Sales Report.
- Submit the routings to confirm for deliveries, book appointments with carriers for pick up only for CANADIAN customers.
- Generate invoices.
- Review Chargebacks, communicate with Warehouse or review internal systems and provide back ups to accounting if required.
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Knowledgeable in outbound logistics procedures
- EDI experience
- A problem solver and great communicator.
