We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team at our bustling bakery cafe. As a barista, you will play a key role in providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, grinders, and other equipment
- Prepare and serve baked goods, sandwiches, and other cafe menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and building relationships to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Clean up of FOH areas (will include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning sinks, bathrooms, and display)

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience as a barista, preferably in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation, including latte art skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
