**Fairway Physiotherapy offers an interdisciplinary mix of physiotherapy, massage therapy, occupational therapy, sports medicine, kinesiology, and social work. Our services are diverse, and have been developed to best serve the patients of Thunder Bay. We are looking for a passionate Medical Office Assistant/Admin to be part of our dynamic team**

What will be asked of you:

- Commit to your onboarding so you can get up to speed much quicker

- We will train you on how to offer a great patient experience onsite
- You can learn software that helps us run the clinic, schedule patients, invoice, collect payments, etc
- Positive interactions to help people even if the environment can be fast-paced at times

**Preferred but NOT required**:

- Prior work in customer service
- Inbound or outbound phone experience
- Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office
- Medical Secretary Diploma or formal education
- Familiarity with physiotherapy settings
- Familiarity with 3rd-party insurers and payers
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Learning new software and data entry
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Hours: Coverage available for Monday-Friday (1:00pm-7:00pm)**

**Start Date: Immediate**
