About The Opportunity

This position will offer hands-on experience in the corrugate packaging & display industry. The applicant will support the design team by executing the essential job functions required.
- Assist in the development of creative concept renderings of both permanent and temporary displays
- Provide guidance for graphic designers
- Work directly with vendors and customers as required for display projects
- Design and build Structural Display concepts using Artios CAD / Solidworks
- Modify display components and generate Specification Packages using Artios CAD / Solidworks
- Create display assembly instructions and renderings using Solidworks
- Display assembly and loading of client product into displays
- Build and organize Product library of images to be used for rendering purposes
- Operate Kongsberg Cutting Table for sample making of Corrugated Display Components
- Supervise the execution of ship tests
- Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed

Education & Experience
- Technical degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in the use of current design software (i.e. Artios, SOLIDWORKS, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
- Must have corrugate box, display or print experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of the existing and planned approaches and methods for manufacturing products or product components
- Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for designing, building and managing the manufacture of new products
- Knowledge of the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables for manufacturing new or enhancing existing products
- Ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
- Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location
- Occasional travel required
- Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
