**About us**:
Designer Blooms Studios is a prestigious luxury floral company serving the Lower Mainland, Toronto, Calgary, and Montreal. We are renowned for our thoughtfully curated, modern, and contemporary floral designs.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering top-tier service to our discerning clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage orders (through our Ecommerce site and in-face customers) with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate and book couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Print, wrap, and pack floral orders with the utmost care and presentation.
- Oversee order dispatching and ensure seamless execution.
- Handle luxury clientele with grace, discretion, and an elevated standard of service.
- Troubleshoot order issues and resolve client concerns with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
- Maintaining a pristine Studio space that reflects DB's brand aesthetic
- Managing inventory and timely ordering when needed
- Overall administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

- A quick thinker, problem solver and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solver who can work autonomously to solve customer issues
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- A leader who can take control of their own work and confidently make the best decisions for the company
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with luxury service or high-end clientele is necessary.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Shopify is an asset.
- A background in florals or hospitality is preferable.
- Must be available on weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
