How You’ll Make an Impact
- Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills
- Take intra-oral records and radiographs.
- Provide exceptional assisting skills to our clinical team.
- Perform Invisalign scans.
- Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO infection control protocols
- Provide oral health education to our patients and families.
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
- 1+ years experience as a Dental Assistant
- 1+ years of orthodontic experience (preferred)
- Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.
- MUST have your NDAEB board exams written and must possess active status
- HARP certification.
- CPR Certificate.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
