**Job Summary**
Are you an experienced server who excels at customer service and also enjoys creating content for social media? Ocean Club Cafe is located on the ocean esplanade in Sechelt and we have an immediate opening for a Server/Social Media Creator to join our friendly, creative team. Ideally, you will have a passion for customer service and the skill to manage our social media content with ease and creativity. Your role will be split between providing excellent customer service and increasing our presence on social media (Instagram and Facebook) with respectful and engaging content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing service to our valued customers
- Creating engaging social media content and managing responses from followers
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, happy to help out where needed
- Collaborating with other team members to produce social media content
- Analyzing social media insights to guide future strategies
- Collaborating with the marketing manager to ensure brand consistency
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

**Experience**:

- Experienced Server with 3 years experience serving in a restaurant
- Proficient at social media (Instagram & Facebook)
- Knowledge of Canva
- Experience in digital marketing strategies
- Basic graphic design skills for creating visual content
- Understanding of advertising principles on social media platforms
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
