**Seeking Project Coordinator/supervisor for custom build homes**

**Serving Mississauga/Oakville/Burlington/Toronto**

**Job requirements**:

- Valid G drivers license
- Be able to organize construction job site
- Carry minimum 20 pounds
- Order material and pick up from suppliers
- Coordinate and oversee contractors
- Make work schedules
- Read blueprints, architectural drawings
- Keep work receipts, documents and paperwork organized
- Effectively and promptly communicate with team
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, provincial and municipal building regulations an asset
- Address any complaints or inquiries forwarded by homeowners
