Vancouver, Canada Executive Hotels & Resorts Full time

**Job Summary**:
Executive Hotels & Resorts is currently recruiting for a Cluster Talent & Culture Manager, overseeing three Hotels in Vancouver; EXchange Hotel, Hotel Le Soleil & Seaside Hotel.

The Cluster Talent & Culture Manager will be based out of EXchange Hotel Vancouver and manage employee relations, recruitment and the onboarding process across all three hotels, as well as ensuring the hotels are in compliance with all related legislation and practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively involved in the recruiting process for all Hotel positions
- Develop and deliver in-house trainings; including onboarding & safety trainings
- Establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation across all three hotels
- Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of various associate relations programs and events
- Assist department leaders in addressing employee concerns/complaints and conduct investigations as necessary
- Assist department leaders in managing performance and the progressive discipline process
- Ensure all health and safety standards and procedures are followed by all employees

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources Management and/or Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of human resources related experience
- Excellent communication, presentation & conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge and understanding of employment legislations
- Attention to detail required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
