**Position Overview**
We are seeking a **Healthcare Marketing and Outreach Coordinator** to support our growth and strengthen our presence within the local community. This position is responsible for executing outreach and marketing initiatives designed to promote Senior Helpers Vancouver’s services, build meaningful partnerships, and enhance our brand reputation within the healthcare and senior care sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Community Outreach & Relationship Management**
- Represent Senior Helpers Vancouver at community events, senior expos, networking meetings, and outreach initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with local organizations, clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
- Maintain a consistent and professional presence in the community to enhance awareness of our services.
**Marketing & Brand Promotion**
- Assist in developing and implementing local marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Promote company initiatives through social media, print materials, and in-person interactions.
- Identify and pursue local sponsorships, partnership opportunities, and collaborative initiatives to increase brand visibility.
**Client & Referral Support**
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential clients and referral partners, providing detailed and accurate information about services.
- Maintain thorough records of outreach activities, marketing efforts, and engagement outcomes.
**Internal Collaboration**
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach and marketing efforts align with recruitment, service delivery, and business development objectives.
- Share insights and feedback from the community to inform planning and strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent marketing, outreach, and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Proven ability to work independently in the community while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Passion for working with seniors and supporting aging in place.
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, community relations, outreach, or sales is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
