At Superb Lighting Solutions we specialize in outdoor LED lighting, bringing beautiful, long lasting outdoor lighting solutions to our residential and commercial customers.

As an Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in developing our online presence amongst various social media platforms, as well as developing customer relationships through in-person estimates and trade shows. This is a great opportunity for a digital savvy, creative thinker to gain hands-on experience in the small business marketing sphere.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and post engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Take photos and videos to use in future social media content.
- Be comfortable appearing in videos and creating interactive content.
- Assist in managing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google), including creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking basic performance metrics.
- Respond to messages, inquiries, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization.
- Be comfortable in a customer-facing role; this includes tending a booth at trade shows, small events, etc.
- Fulfill minor administrative duties such as entering expensive and fulfilling in-person estimates.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
- Experience in content creation, editing, and social media management
- Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager for boosting posts and managing ads
- Basic experience with Canva (or similar) for high-quality social and ad visuals
- Basic photography skills

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Headingley, MB

Expected start date: 2025-07-21
