The role of Retention Manager is a new role at Westminster Toyota. It’s a chance to create something new and special and work directly with the senior management team. This is a position for somebody excited about forging their own path and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

As an Retention Manager you will:

- Drive to make Westminster Toyota the #1 location in British Columbia
- Cultivate strong connections with lease and service customers, prioritizing their satisfaction and loyalty to optimize long-term retention
- Analyze vehicle market value trends using different market valuation tools
- Schedule appointments with prospective sellers
- Strategize, oversee, and assess the functioning of the Retention department with both retail and wholesale customers.
- Perform detailed appraisals of vehicles and compare with market value analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market research and trends to ascertain consumer demand, sales potential, and the impact of competitors on sales.
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Staff development training and assist in hiring new staff
- Develop targets and track to continually improve.
- Formulate and execute marketing plans to retain existing customers.
- Track, maintain and follow up prospective customers by using our CRM tools
- Manage and supervise the retention team and ensure targets are met
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Google suite of products to track market trends
