**PROJECT PORTFOLIO ANALYST**
($77,381.86 - $89,848.11 Annually)

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Portfolio Analyst supports portfolio management for all IT projects managed by the Project Delivery Team. The position is accountable for the maintenance and reviews of IT Project Portfolio Management methodologies and processes, development and maintenance of project portfolio intake process, project reporting framework and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and improvements of portfolio performance. The position supports resource management and change management at portfolio level, analyzes project information to provide insights to project managers and acts as the technical support for the team on project management technologies.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Sound experience in Project Portfolio Management methodologies
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the employer
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
- Sound knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Sound knowledge of creating procedures and documenting processes and managing project resources
- Sound knowledge in using project management and project scheduling software
- Sound knowledge of project management principles and processes including the Project Management Body of Knowledge
- Good problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Ability to create reports, charts and graphs for executive management
- Ability to present data, ideas and new processes clearly and concisely to wide range of audiences
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of staff
