**Job Overview**

The Owner Operator - DZ/AZ Delivery Driver (Straight Reefer truck single / double axle) is responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of food products from our warehouse to customers across the GTA, other areas of Ontario, and Montreal. This role requires excellent driving skills, customer service, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as hand bombing and heavy lifting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure delivery is handled with care from warehouse to customer delivery.
- Interact with customers in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Maintain a set delivery schedule and complete all deliveries assigned during scheduled shifts.
- Maintain a high acceptance rate, order completion rate, and customer rating.
- Perform deliveries across GTA and outstation locations as required.
- Conduct hand bombing and tail gating when necessary, as no additional helper/resource will be provided.
- Handle cash/cheque transactions as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Valid Full AZ/DZ Canadian driver’s license with 3+ years of insured commercial driving experience.
- Must be an Owner Operator - DZ/AZ Delivery Driver having Straight Reefer truck single / double axle.
- Proven minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience as AZ/DZ classification.
- Clean driving record.
- Driver's abstract and criminal background check are mandatory.
- Valid CVOR (Commercial Vehicle Operator’s Registration).
- Able to perform heavy lifting and street-level deliveries.
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to perform hand bombing and tail gating without additional assistance.
