Job Responsibilities:

- Estimates & Project Planning
- Develop and manage project bids, proposals, RFPs, tenders, estimates, contracts, and budgets;
- Develop and keep updated project work plans and schedules using Microsoft Project or client methodologies;
- Identify and develop constructability requirements for project construction;
- Assist with development and maintenance of rates for PBN resources, such as labour, equipment, etc.
- Collect and correlate historical project data which can be used for future bidding;
- Work closely with PBN Director of Operations to identify and coordinate resources (labour, equipment, material, subtrades) needed to efficiently complete projects;
- Generate and assess risk matrix for project estimates:

- Identify constructions crews and assign individuals responsibility;
- Procure project materials to facilitate execution of projects;
- Ensure quality management protocol are identified;
- Communicate with sub-trades for tendering including analysis of subcontractor bids to ensure full scope of work is included;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
- Attend necessary site bid meetings.
- Project Execution Assistance
- Assist in tracking and controlling project expenses while minimizing risks to the project;
- Assist project management teams with project operations;
- Assist in turnover of project estimates to the project execution team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of PBN’s QA/QC program.
- Attend site meetings when required and capture necessary information;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
